EU-ZW Team Participate In EEDA Physical Meeting – Day 2 (11 June 2025), On Ferry Between Sweden And Abo (Finland)

The EEDA meeting moved on to the Ferry plying from Stockholm to Finland on its day 2. The day started with an overview of the programs and courses being developed under the three projects: EDU-ABCM, EU-ZW, and EU-AGM. The flipped classroom approach continued, and participants appreciated it through experience. Key discussions on the programs and courses centered on identifying synergies and initiating collaborations. 

Then quality assurance of the learning materials to be developed came into discussion in a subsequent session. The EEDA Quality Improvement Process (EEDA QIP) was presented with highlights on its key features and steps. A live discussion on its characteristics that determine its effectiveness ensued, and possible areas of improvement were suggested.

A practical session where individuals were required to create a module in the EEDA Learnify became the third session. The method of creating a copy from an existing module in the Learnify repository and then editing it accordingly to create a new module was presented, and participants then went on to create their modules. This was a hands-on exercise so as to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills meant to be shared with their colleagues back home.

An overview of EEDA Remote Labs was presented, and the importance of having the remote labs on the Book4RLab platform was emphasized. Cooperating in remote labs; sharing of remote labs across the network was encouraged. A demonstration of accessing a remote PV lab took place, putting a lot of excitement in the participants.

Meetings of the three projects EDU-ABCM, EU-ZW, and EU-AGM concluded the day. The day was quite stimulating!
